Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a UI/UX designer (preferably in IT or outsourcing companies);
- Portfolio with examples of completed projects (web design, mobile apps, interfaces);
- Experience in designing for various platforms (web, mobile apps, responsive design);
- Experience in participating in all stages of interface development: from gathering requirements to final product;
- Proficiency in tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision;
- Experience working with prototypes (wireframes, interactive prototypes);
- Experience conducting UX research (user interviews, behavior analysis, A/B testing);
- Ability to create user flows, journey maps, sitemaps, and flowcharts;
- Creation of visual concepts and interface design according to business requirements and target audience;
- Development of style guides and design systems to maintain consistency;
- Understanding of color theory, typography, composition principles, and user experience;
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (to bridge design and implementation);
- Ability to work with clients and teams to clarify requirements.
Responsibilities:
UX Research and Planning:
- Conducting user research to understand their needs, goals, and pain points;
- Analyzing user feedback, including interviews, surveys, and prototype testing;
- Creating user journey maps and sitemaps to visualize navigation and user interaction with the product;
- Developing initial interface prototypes and testing them with real users (A/B testing, usability testing).
UI Design:
- Developing high-quality visual concepts for websites, mobile apps, and enterprise platforms;
- Creating interactive prototypes to visualize and test designs before development;
- Selecting color schemes, typography, and interface elements that align with the brand’s style and user needs;
- Designing and developing components for a design system to ensure consistency throughout the project;
Additional Tasks:
- Collaborating with developers to adapt the design to technical requirements and ensure accurate implementation of interfaces;
- Analyzing product performance post-launch (using interaction and usability metrics);
- Creating templates and guidelines to ensure style and brand consistency across company products;
- Optimizing navigation, interface elements, and other components to simplify product usage;
- Presenting final concepts and solutions to internal teams and clients.
