Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager in an IT company;
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously across various scopes and complexities;
- Practical experience working with international clients (especially from the USA, Europe, Australia);
- Deep understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and/or Waterfall methodologies;
- Experience in implementing or adapting project management methodologies for specific projects;
- Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle);
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, architecture principles, databases, and APIs;
- Experience with project management tools: Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Monday;
- Experience in risk management, including identification and mitigation of potential issues;
- Understanding of financial project management principles (P&L, budgeting);
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
Responsibilities:
- Developing project plans: defining goals, key milestones, tasks, and deadlines;
- Assessing resources and preparing project budgets;
- Preparing and approving work schedules, including prioritizing and setting deadlines for each project phase;
- Forming the project team: selecting personnel and resources for the project;
- Coordinating work between various departments and teams (development, testing, design, business analysis);
- Evaluating and monitoring team performance, providing support and guidance as needed;
- Collaborating with the client to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met;
- Preparing regular reports for clients, organizing presentations to showcase achieved results;
- Analyzing and implementing project changes as necessary to meet objectives;
- Preparing financial reports and justifying project expenses for internal and external stakeholders;
- Implementing and optimizing processes to ensure team efficiency (Agile, Scrum);
- Conducting post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned that can be applied to future projects.
