Requirements:
- At least 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT sector, preferably within outsourcing or outstaffing environments;
- Experience working with clients from various domains: fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, etc.;
- Gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements;
- Developing specifications, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria;
- Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) principles and Agile/Scrum methodologies;
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and modeling notations like BPMN and UML;
- Skills in risk identification and suggesting ways to minimize them.
Responsibilities:
- Meetings with clients to identify business needs, goals, and expectations;
- Analysis of existing documentation, processes, and systems of the client;
- Formulating and clarifying business requirements in the form of User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria;
- Creating business process diagrams and models (BPMN, UML);
- Preparing materials for presenting solutions to clients;
- Maintaining regular communication with the client to clarify details and manage expectations;
- Participation in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives;
- Verification of the final solution for compliance with business requirements;
- Participation in UAT (User Acceptance Testing);
- Identifying issues, assessing their impact on business processes, and providing recommendations;
- Suggesting new approaches or technologies to improve client efficiency;
- Tracking changes in requirements, updating documentation, and communicating changes with stakeholders;
- Consulting with the development and testing teams regarding client requirements and expectations.
